Planning, designing and project management for relocation of UNTAET civilian and military personnel from Government site to preselected occupied site.  Refurbishment of existing buildings, erecting new prefabricated buildings.  Office relocation and medical centre relocation.  Coordination with security, data, telephone, electrical, civil and sanitary and A/C teams.  Internal labour and external contracts.
